As a dietary supplement mix 2 heaped teaspoons (12g) into 500-750ml of cold water in your water bottle and shake well for 30 seconds. Depending on your bodyweight, split the following dose before and after your work out: under 75kg: use 2 heaped teaspoons 75kg-85kg: use 3 heaped teaspoons 85kg and more: use 4 headed teaspoons. Regardless of bodyweight, always consume 1 serving (2 heaped teaspoons) immediately after training.
