Out of the few powder supplements iv used, this is probably my least favourite.Service Price Value Quality
The only one iv tried is vanilla, The taste with water is rather foul, but not too bad with milk.
I also find that once shaken you can still taste/feel the powder.
However if you shake too much it increases the volume and before you know it your trying to drink a pint of bubbles.
