The protein requirements of athletes is approximately 1.2-1.8g/kg body weight, compared with 0.8-0.9g/kg body weight for less active individuals. I will not buy this protein again no matter how good it looks on paper or how economical it is. It is simply not tasty and the structure is nasty: the power just flies to all directions, as if it is electrified, and it sticks to everything. What else? Cheap synthetic taste. It was a punishment to go through the bottle and it was a relief to finish it and forget about it.Service Price Value Quality

i was pretty skint this month so I purchased a tub of 90+ chocolate flavour, that taste of Coffee not Chocolate, so i give it to a friend, he finished the tub and said is ok, but nothing worth recommending.Price Value Quality Service
