Garnell Nutrition's aim was to develop a bar that ‘they would choose ourselves’ - that anyone serious about their training and nutritional intake would seek out. The objective was simple; it had to deliver on protein. It would not become a compromised novelty bar, nor a bland or hard to eat ‘jaw breaker’. Garnell Nutrition believe the result is quite exceptional. A bar that provides a massive 40 grams of protein, derived from the finest protein sources: milk protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, just 1.6 grams of impact carbs and available in three beautiful flavours, all with a moist, fluffy texture.
