I have been using this product since last year and it really does aid muscle recovery. I do lots of resistance training and I have noticed a big difference in my speed of recovery. And I'm not 21 anymore so recovery is much harder!!!

Ive been using this product since it first came out and i love it!
Its a fantastic whey protein, the flavours are amazing.
Its like nothing ive had before, anyone who has trouble swollowing the normal thick drinks should really try this i think theyd be pleasently supprised.
