I purchased a tub of this protein (Coconut Flavour) and was knocked back with the taste. It was so so nice.. I couldn't believe it.
After a couple of weeks using it I have to say that I have noticed a big difference in my recovery and my muscular size.
Im convinced that it is down to the protein, I have not changed anything else.

I have previously got 2 tubs of the banana split, since taking it i have seen a gud different, it doesn't bother my stomach much and does mix up well and is like a think shake.
